Durability is stated for a car washed by hand and parked outdoors in Kyiv from November to March. Film and coating lower surface energy and make washing easier, yet they do not make paint impervious to rock chips or impact damage. Read the full spec table.

From November to March, Kyiv roads carry a brine mix of salt, sand and liquid de-icer. It stays wet on rockers, wheel arches and the underside long after the road surface looks dry.
Stone chips are the other half of the problem. Grit thrown by studded tyres hits the nose, bumper and windshield frame, and every chip opens bare primer or metal to the same brine. A chip two millimetres wide in December is a rust bloom by spring.
What we do about it: a decontamination wash with the wheels off the ground, an underside rinse at pressure, and a paint-depth reading in microns before any abrasive step. Film protection goes on the high-impact panels first, front bumper, bonnet leading edge, mirror caps, headlights, rockers. Underbody cavities get an annual inspection, not a coating promise.
What it does not do: film and ceramic reduce surface energy, so brine and road film release more easily at the wash. They do not stop a rock at motorway speed, and they do not seal a chip that already reaches bare metal. A car washed every 10 to 14 days through winter holds its gloss. One washed twice a season will not.
